Please note that we will order a title search for your property once we have received your executed purchase contract. You acknowledge that Solorzano Johnson Law, LLC requires funds for real estate purchase closings to be wired for amounts over $5000. Cashier checks are permissible for funds under $5000. We do not accept personal checks. We do not accept cash. You acknowledge that if you initiate a wire for purchase closing funds you will call our office prior to sending that wire to confirm wiring instructions. This protects you as the buyer from potential fraud. You acknowledge that funds sent as an ACH wire will be rejected and returned to your bank and potentially causing a delay in your closing.
